We're in the process of adding 95 seats to our upper level, so we currently
have the following Full Time positions available:
Servers - We provide a week long extensive training on our service standards and product knowledge, from there it's sooth sailing (til the next rounds of tests). Even so, we're crazy busy, it's a fun place to work but only for those who aspire to be the best.
Bartenders - See note for servers above. This is a BUSY bar, you need to love being busy to work here!
Hosts - Hosts, we provide an in-depth training for you too. It's a very intense experience. Previous hosting at a busy restaurant is very helpful, a high energy, positive nature is even more valued!
Barbacks - This position is a great way to get your foot in the door of the restaurant biz. You need to be able to carry heavy boxes (liquor boxes) and you'll get to make some simple drinks. Fun fact, most promotions are from within, so ... if you want to be a bartender, this could be for you. Oh ya, please see above, we're busy, you'll need to be able to work quickly. (We'll give you lots of training).
Line Cooks - Daniel Mezzolo is our chef, we expect you've probably done your research if you made your way to this page.
Pizzaioli - We have two certified pizzaioli from Naples. We take our pizza very seriously. Junior and Lead positions are available.
